Head of BI

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Head of Business Intelligence (BI) for our prestigious client based in the Leeds area, with 3 days per week work from home.

Location: Leeds (3 days per week working from home)

Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum D.O.E

Must have experience of working within a call centre business.

Skills/Requirements for the Head of Business Intelligence:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven management experience, leading small to medium size teams
  • Data Governance, data modelling, and data architecture
  • Knowledge of front end reporting tools such as PowerBI and PowerAutomate
  • Statistical analysis, predictive modelling & data mining techniques would be a bonus
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Stakeholder Management

Start date is ASAP for the Head of Business Intelligence

The Head of Business Intelligence will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with different areas of the business to help with process changes and offer advice on best data practices
  • Developing and implementing data management and BI strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Data analysis to identify trends and insights, and communicate findings to the key stakeholders across the business
  • Maintaining and supporting data analytics platforms & evaluate and improve existing BI systems
  • Developing and update Technical Documentation.
  • Managing of day to day reporting and analytical operations
