IT Manager
Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for an IT Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious client based in East Grinstead.
Location: East Grinstead
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Skills/Requirements for the IT Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and a small internal team is vital
- Active Directory
- Office365
- Cloud experience in either AWS, Azure or GCP
- SharePoint experience from a maintenance level
- Previous experience of working with a CRM either bespoke or out of the box
- Experience of managing small to medium sized projects ideally using Agile
- Experience of distant learning systems such as Moodle is highly desirable
Start date is ASAP for the IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to staff, managing day to day operations, and assisting with the ongoing development of the systems
- Identifying places for improvement of the online platforms.
- Working with the 3rd parties to provide the best support needed for the business
- Taking point on all internal IT projects utilising personal skills and 3rd parties where needed
- Managing the day to day running of the small IT team
- Providing strong stakeholder management to the senior leadership teams
- Future proofing the IT Infrastructure and forward planning new projects
