Software Tester

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Software Tester for a fast growing business based in Rotherham on a permanent basis.

 

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Per Annum

 

Skills/Requirements for the Software Tester:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with at least 4 years of testing experience
  • Ability to work within an Agile environment
  • Strong experience of Regression Testing
  • Ability to work on both Manual and Automated testing methods
  • Experience of automation tools such as LambdaTest, Selenium or TestComplete
  • Skills in writing Test Plans

 

Start date is ASAP for the Software Tester

 

The Software Tester will be responsible for:

  • Working with other teams to produce test scenarios
  • Establishing testing frameworks and toolchains
  • Writing and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Regression testing
  • Reporting test results and managing any defects
  • Contributing to agile processes, providing suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
  • Working with stakeholders to help clarify and define requirements related to quality assurance.
