IT Systems Administrator

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator on a permanent basis for our very prestigious business based in Lincoln. This role is a hybrid role, onsite 2/3 days per week.

 

Location: Lincoln

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum D.O.E

 

Skills/Requirements for the IT Systems Administrator:

• Previous experience within a similar role is vital
• Extensive MS O365 experience
• Strong MS Azure cloud experience
• Any previous exposure to PowerApps/PowerAutomate is highly desirable, however can be taught if needed
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to work directly with the internal team and also 3^rd parties

 

Start date is ASAP for the IT Systems Administrator

 

The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

• Managing the businesses server and applications estate, troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software errors
• Liaising with the Service Desk Team for any escalated tickets
• Implement application and OS patching and upgrades
• Providing management and configuration of the cloud based platforms within Azure
• Develop, maintain and document instillation and configuration procedures
• Perform daily system monitoring
• Dealing with internal stakeholders to provide updates with ongoing projects and timelines
• Creating change request documents as per defined ITSM process in order to facilitate controlled, planned changes
